Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

    Microwave

    combine marinara, cream cheese, fire roasted tomato and a pinch of salt and pepper. mix well add pulled pork and pasta to the other side of the split tray and add 2 tsp water to pasta. cover with a damp paper towel and microwave for 5-7 minutes until all is heated through. while dish cooks combine ricotta with basil pesto and reserve to finish the dish. remove tray from microwave and stir contents on both side of tray. serve with sauce over pasta or mix together. garnish with basil ricotta and parmesan. Bon appetite!
