Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Mix broccoli, pepper and onion mix, ¼ tsp. salt, and 2 tsp. olive oil in provided tray. Spread into an even layer.
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 5 minutes.
Add the Chicken
Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in half the sesame oil (reserve remaining for sauce) and push vegetables to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Pat chicken dry, and place in empty side of tray. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
While meals bakes, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, and remaining sesame oil in a mixing bowl.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Top chicken with Sriracha-mayonnaise mixture (to taste) and sesame seeds. Top vegetables with teriyaki glaze and crispy wontons. Bon appétit!
