Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine broccoli, 1 tsp. olive oil, half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish), 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Push to one side of tray. -
Make the Meatballs
Combine ground beef, pesto, panko, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in a mixing bowl. Form into six evenly-sized meatballs.
Place meatballs in empty side of tray and top with sauce and 1 Tbsp. water. -
Bake the Dish
Cover tray with foil. Bake covered in hot oven until broccoli is tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Garnish broccoli with remaining Parmesan. Bon appétit!
