1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. Reserve lid. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine broccoli, red bell pepper, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, and garlic salt in provided tray. Push to one side.
-
2 Make the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, soy sauce, panko, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form into eight equally-sized meatballs. Place meatballs in empty side of tray. Don't worry if tray is crowded. If using ground beef or ground pork, follow same instructions.
-
3 Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 27-32 minutes. If using ground beef or ground pork, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 27-32 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Top meatballs with sauce, and top vegetables with peanuts. Bon appétit!
