    Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate. Separate leaves of lettuce for cups.

    Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add pork, white portions of green onions, ¼ tsp. salt and seasoning blend to hot pan and cook breaking up with a spoon until no pink remains, 5-7 minutes. While pork cooks, make slaw.
