You Will Need
Medium Non-Stick Pan
Before You Cook
Prepare the Ingredients
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.
Separate leaves of lettuce for cups.
Cook the Pork
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add pork, white portions of green onions, ¼ tsp. salt and seasoning blend to hot pan and stir occasionally, breaking up meat with a spoon, until no pink remains, 4-6 minutes.
If using ground turkey, cook, breaking up with a spoon, until no pink remains, 7-9 minutes.
Remove from burner. Stir in Sriracha (to taste).
While pork cooks, make slaw.
Make the Slaw
In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, sweet chili sauce, green portions of green onions, and ¼ tsp. salt. Set aside.
Assemble the Lettuce Cups
Spoon pork filling into lettuce cups.
Finish the Dish
