Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.
Separate leaves of lettuce for cups.
Cook the Pork
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add pork, white portions of green onions, ¼ tsp. salt and seasoning blend to hot pan and cook breaking up with a spoon until no pink remains, 5-7 minutes.
While pork cooks, make slaw.
Make the Slaw
In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix with green portions of green onions, ¼ tsp. salt, and sweet chili sauce. Set aside.
Assemble the Lettuce Cups
Spoon pork filling into lettuce cups.
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing lettuce cups with slaw and crispy noodles. Bon appétit!
