Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. Reserve lid. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Add sesame oil, soy sauce, and cornstarch in the bottom of provided tray and stir until completely combined.

    Add bok choy and edamame and stir to combine.

    Add Pork and Seasoning and Make Slaw

    Break pork into small pieces and place on top of vegetable mixture. Top with seasoning blend.

    Combine slaw mix and dressing in provided bag. Set aside.

    Warm Tortillas and Finish The Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-30 minutes.

    Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.

    Fill tortillas with pork mixture and top with slaw. Bon appétit!
