Cooking Guidelines

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Add broccoli, peppers, 2 tsp olive oil, and garlic salt to provided tray until completely combined. Bake in a hot oven for 7-8 minutes.

    Add Chicken

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Add garlic to vegetable mixture and toss to combine. Push to one side. Add chicken to empty side of tray and top with 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper.

    Heat The Sauce Finish The Dish

    Continue to bake uncovered until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

    Add sauce to the microwave safe bowl and heat in microwave for 1 minute.

    Carefully remove from oven. Top chicken with tikka masala sauce and vegetables with coconut. Bon appétit!"
