Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces
Cut each potato into six to eight wedges.
Zest and halve lemon. Cut one half into wedges and juice the other half.

In a mixing bowl, Add seasoned mashed potatoes, ¼ tsp lemon zest, 1 tsp lemon juice, and half the chopped capers. Mix thoroughly to combine, add panko. Break up cooked tilapia into small pieces and add to potato mixture. Mix till thoroughly combined and season with ¼ tsp salt and pinch of pepper.
