Prepare The Ingredients and Cook The Turkey
"Heat 1 tsp. olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add ground turkey, ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes. "
Transfer to a plate. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean.
Cook The Vegetables
In the same pan over medium high heat, add 2 tsp olive oil and broccoli and cook 2-3 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons water, pinch of salt cover and cook until tender, 2-3 minutes.
Remove lid and add tomatoes, spinach, cream cheese, tomato paste, garlic salt, pasta, and ½ cup water and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and stir in turkey.
