Cooking Guidelines

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces

    Stem and mince sage.

    Roast The Broccoli

    Place broccoli on prepared baking sheet. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil and half the garlic salt and spread into a single layer. Roast in hot oven until browned and fork-tender, 14-16 minutes.

    While broccoli roasts, prepare the meatloaves

    Prepare The Meatloaves

    Add turkey, sage, mayo, crackers, and remaining garlic salt in a bowl until completely combined.

    Form meat mixture into two loaves, about 3" in length. Place loaves on prepared baking sheet and bake in hot oven until loaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-23 minutes.

    Make The Sauce

    Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat. Add walnuts and lightly toast for 1-2 minutes. Add cream sauce and a pinch of salt and bring to a simmer.
