Before You Cook

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Combine demi-glace, cornstarch, and 1/3 cup water in provided tray.

    Place potatoes in one half of tray and top with 2 tsp. olive oil and seasoned salt. Place mushrooms and peas in empty half of tray.

    Add the Turkey

    Crumble turkey over entire meal and top with 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper.

    Finish the Dish

    Cover with tray with foil. Bake in hot oven until meal reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 30-35 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Remove foil and stir in truffle butter. Bon appétit!
