    slice mushrooms into ¼" slices. onion into into ¼" dice.

    heat 2 tsp. olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. add turkey, onions, and mushrooms to hot pan. 5-7 minutes, breaking up with spoon until no pink remains. stir in marinara and chicken demi.

    warm the pasta

    heat 1 tsp. olive oil in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat. pasta to hot pan, stirring constantly until warmed through. season with a half the parmesan and a pinch of salt and pepper.
