We know what you're thinking: frozen, pierce film, microwave a couple of minutes (that's the timing they give, even though the bottom is still cold) and then dinner, of a sort. The only thing THIS has in common with THAT is short cook time. This also has: mushrooms, turkey, noodles, cream sauce, a hint of sweet Marsala wine, and nutty Parmesan. Save that space in the freezer for ice cream! There's a new tetrazzini in town.

Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

Customize It Instructions

If using 20 oz. ground turkey, follow same instructions as 10 oz. ground turkey, working in batches if necessary.

If using ground pork, follow same instructions as turkey in Steps 1 and 2, breaking up pork until no pink remains and pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using Italian sausage, follow same instructions as turkey in Steps 1 and 2, breaking up sausage until no pink remains and sausage reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as turkey in Steps 1 and 2, breaking up burger until heated through, 4-6 minutes.

Start the Turkey
Heat 1 tsp. olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add ground turkey, seasoning blend, and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally, breaking up meat, until beginning to brown, 3-4 minutes.While turkey cooks, cut mushrooms into 1/2" slices. -
Finish Turkey and Add Mushrooms
Stir mushrooms, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper into hot pan.
Then stir often until mushrooms are tender, no pink remains on turkey, and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 3-4 minutes.Add flour and stir until no dry flour remains in pan. -
Add the Sauce
Stir Marsala wine, cream base, cream cheese, and 1/4 cup water into hot pan until thoroughly combined, 1-2 minutes.
Bring to a simmer. Once simmering, stir in pasta and a pinch of salt. Then stir often until pasta is warmed through and coated in sauce, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. -
Finish the Dish
