Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  • Chicken 165° F |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Start the Vegetables

    Spray provided tray with cooking spray.

    Trim green beans, if necessary.

    Combine green beans and bell peppers (if you receive a whole bell pepper, cut into 1/2" slices) in provided tray. Top with half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for meatloaves), 1/2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer and cover with foil.

    Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.

    While vegetables bake, continue recipe.

    Add the Meatloaves

    Combine ground pork, panko, ricotta, remaining garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper in a mixing bowl. Form mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.

    In another mixing bowl, combine cheese spread, 1 tsp. water, and half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for topping).

    After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven.

    Remove foil and push vegetables to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Place meatloaves in now-empty side of tray and top with cheese spread mixture, then remaining Parmesan.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-27 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    Stir butter into vegetables. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    To serve, garnish vegetables with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
