Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Start the Vegetables
Spray provided tray with cooking spray.
Trim green beans, if necessary.Combine green beans and bell peppers (if you receive a whole bell pepper, cut into 1/2" slices) in provided tray. Top with half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for meatloaves), 1/2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer and cover with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While vegetables bake, continue recipe. -
Add the Meatloaves
Combine ground pork, panko, ricotta, remaining garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper in a mixing bowl. Form mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.
In another mixing bowl, combine cheese spread, 1 tsp. water, and half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for topping).After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven.Remove foil and push vegetables to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place meatloaves in now-empty side of tray and top with cheese spread mixture, then remaining Parmesan. -
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-27 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.Stir butter into vegetables. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, garnish vegetables with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
