If you wish to make a request to delete your Home Chef information, please complete the form below to submit your request.
Submit a Request
You will receive e-mail confirmation once your request has been submitted and received. Once we have verified your identity and request, we will provide an e-mail response within 3-5 business days of your request. That email will contain a link to verify that you are the owner or authorized user of the email account. That link will be available for you to verify your account and your desire to proceed with the request for 3 days. The response we provide will also explain any reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.
