Pat Vihtelic is the Founder and CEO of Home Chef, the largest private meal kit company in the US. Home Chef makes home cooking simple and approachable by providing weekly deliveries of fresh, pre-portioned ingredients and familiar, easy-to-follow recipes. Pat founded Home Chef in 2013 out of a passion for cooking and frustration with grocery shopping. He has grown the company’s team to nearly 1000 employees who enable the company to deliver nationwide.
Richard DeNardis, Chief Revenue Officer at Home Chef, has been a driving force behind Home Chef’s industry-leading growth. Rich joined Home Chef in 2015 and oversees marketing, business development, retail channel sales and web/mobile products at Home Chef. Rich completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan and received an MBA for the Harvard Business School.
Before joining the team at Home Chef, Erik worked in consulting, studied at the French Culinary Institute, and worked in the kitchen at Michelin Starred restaurant Madera. He joined Home Chef in 2015 and has been working to improve the meal kit customer experience. He leads menu development, ingredient sourcing, packaging design, focusing heavily on customer-driven innovation.
Prior to joining the team, she was a forensic accountant at PwC in New York before leaving to attend culinary school and pursue a career in food. Her goal is to create delicious, easy to execute menus that teach customers new techniques.
