State Privacy Act Requests
Residents of specific states have certain rights under state law that are detailed in our privacy policy. If you wish to make a request to exercise these rights, please complete the form below to submit your request.

For use by California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, Utah, or Virginia residents ONLY.
You will receive e-mail confirmation once your request has been submitted and received. Once we have verified your identity and request, we will provide an e-mail response within 45 days of your request. If we require more time to respond, we may take up to 90 days from the date of the request. If this occurs, we will notify you of the delay. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 24-month period preceding the receipt of your request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability/access requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance, specifically by electronic mail communication.
