Home Chef Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions contain important information regarding the Home Chef Rewards Program (“HC Rewards Program” or “Program”) operated by Relish Labs LLC d/b/a Home Chef (“Home Chef”). Please read the following Rewards Program Terms and Conditions carefully. In addition, these Rewards Terms complement and incorporate by reference the Home Chef Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms of Service”). In the event of any conflict between the Home Chef Terms of Service and these HC Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, the Home Chef Terms of Service will control. Home Chef reserves the right to modify the HC Rewards Program Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to you, so it is important to check the HC Rewards Program Terms and Conditions periodically.

BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE HC REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE HC REWARDS PROGRAM.

Program Period

This Program will continue until terminated, suspended, modified, or converted to another rewards program by Home Chef (the”Program Period”) in its sole discretion.

Eligibility

The Program is open exclusively to legal residents of the zip codes in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia to which Home Chef delivers its meal subscriptions who are 21 years of age or older. You are automatically entered into the HC Rewards Program when you create a Home Chef account.

Program Details

Participating in the HC Rewards Program entitles participating members to take advantage of certain Program rewards (“Reward(s)”) that may change from time to time and, which may be made available for limited times, all as determined by Home Chef. Home Chef may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Program or any Program Reward at any time, including the availability of any Program Reward or how Rewards may be earned. Rewards

Your Rewards are personal to you and your registered Home Chef account and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. Program Rewards may not be redeemed for cash. Rewards may be taxable, depending on the value of the item and the applicable federal, state, and local tax laws. You are solely responsible for reporting such items on your tax returns and paying any associated tax liability. Home Chef makes no warranty in any respect as to any Rewards available within the Program.

Termination

Without notice to you and in its sole discretion, Home Chef reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate your Home Chef account and/or your participation in the HC Rewards Program if Home Chef determines that you have engaged in or have attempted to engage in any of the following: (a) acting in violation of these Program Terms and Conditions; (b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Program; (c) acting with intent to annoy, harass or abuse any other person;(d) any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behavior or activity; (e) activity deemed in the sole discretion of Home Chef to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program. Any decision Home Chef makes relating to termination or suspension of your participation in the Program shall be final and binding in all respects. Home Chef shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Program Terms and Conditions or intent of these Program Terms and Conditions.

Affiliates

From time to time, Home Chef may work with affiliate partners (“Affiliates”) to provide Rewards as part of the Program. Affiliates are not sponsors of the Program.

Privacy

The personal information collected from you in connection with the Program, including but not limited to your Program membership registration data and purchases made in connection with your Program membership, is subject to Home Chef’s Privacy Policy.
