To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Cook the Pork Chops
Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with garlic salt. Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add pork chops to hot pan. Cook until golden-brown and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.While pork chops cook, continue recipe. -
2 Cook the Corn
Place another medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add corn to hot pan. Stir occasionally until heated through and slightly browned, 2-3 minutes.Stir in 1/4 tsp. salt and butter until combined, 30-60 seconds.Remove from burner.While corn cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Heat the Mashed Potatoes
Add mashed potatoes, cream cheese, and 1/4 tsp. salt to a microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine.
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Vigorously stir to combine.While mashed potatoes microwave, continue recipe. -
4 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, apricot preserves, and rotisserie chicken seasoning.
