Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

If using antibiotic-free chicken breasts, pat dry. Roast until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 15-20 minutes.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Roast until steaks reach minimum internal temperature, 12-16 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Roast the Fries
Cut potatoes into 1/4" fries and pat dry.
Place fries on one prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven until lightly browned, 25-30 minutes, tossing once halfway through.Carefully remove from oven. Add garlic and parsley seasoning and toss to coat. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare Ingredients and Make Topping
Line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel. Add bacon to towel-lined plate and spread into an even layer. Microwave until crisp, 1-2 minutes.
Carefully remove from microwave.In a microwave-safe bowl, combine crisped bacon, cream cheese, and shredded cheese. Microwave uncovered until cheese is melted, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave. Stir to combine. Set aside.While bacon-cheese mixture heats, halve and peel onion. Slice halves into thin strips. -
3 Start the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Place chicken on second prepared baking sheet.
Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes. -
4 Add Topping and Finish Chicken
After 10 minutes, carefully remove chicken from oven. Top chicken evenly with bacon-cheese mixture. Sheet will be hot! Use caution.
Roast again in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 10-15 minutes.Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner. -
5 Toast Buns and Finish Dish
Place buns directly on oven rack in hot oven, cut-side up. Toast until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with chicken, onions, banana peppers (to taste), and top bun. If you receive whole banana peppers, thinly slice. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip the banana peppers. Bon appétit!
