Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Pat pork chops dry. Season both sides with 2 tsp. olive oil and savory seasoning. -
2 Assemble the Green Beans and Pork
Place green beans on one half of prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer on their side.
Place pork on empty side of sheet. -
3 Start the Green Beans and Pork
Roast in hot oven, 12 minutes.
Pork will finish cooking in a later step.Carefully remove sheet from oven.Evenly top pork with BBQ sauce, cheese, then bacon. Sheet will be hot! Use caution. -
4 Finish the Green Beans and Pork
Roast again in hot oven until green beans are tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 4-6 minutes.
Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove from oven. Rest, 3 minutes.Stir softened butter into green beans until evenly coated. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.While green beans and pork roast, continue recipe. -
5 Heat Mashed Potatoes and Finish Dish
Add mashed potatoes to a microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine.
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and vigorously stir to combine.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
