Customize It Instructions

  • If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Trim green beans, if necessary.

Pat pork chops dry. Season both sides with 2 tsp. olive oil and savory seasoning.

  2. 2

Assemble the Green Beans and Pork

Place green beans on one half of prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer on their side.

Place pork on empty side of sheet.

  3. 3

Start the Green Beans and Pork

Roast in hot oven, 12 minutes.

Pork will finish cooking in a later step.

    Carefully remove sheet from oven.

Evenly top pork with BBQ sauce, cheese, then bacon. Sheet will be hot! Use caution.

  4. 4

Finish the Green Beans and Pork

Roast again in hot oven until green beans are tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 4-6 minutes.

Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

Carefully remove from oven. Rest, 3 minutes.

Stir softened butter into green beans until evenly coated. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.

While green beans and pork roast, continue recipe.

  5. 5

Heat Mashed Potatoes and Finish Dish

Add mashed potatoes to a microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine.

Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.

Carefully remove from microwave and vigorously stir to combine.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
