Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

1 Prepare Tomatoes and Make Slaw
Core tomatoes and cut into 1/2" rounds.
In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, 1/2 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and honey Dijon dressing. Set aside. -
2 Form the Patties
In another mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic salt, steak seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Form turkey mixture into 6 equally-sized patties, 5" across.

3 Cook the Patties
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Working in batches if necessary, add patties to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 6-8 minutes per side.Replenish oil, if necessary. -
4 Top Patties and Finish Dish
Evenly top patties with bacon, then cheese. Cover until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes.
Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with guacamole (to taste), patty, tomatoes, ranch dressing, then top bun. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the guacamole. Make dinnertime fun! With supervision, have your kid(s) help assemble the burgers.Bon appétit!
