Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

If using ground turkey, follow same instructions.

1 Roast the Potato Wedges
Cut potatoes into 1/2" wedges and pat dry.
Place potato wedges on one prepared baking sheet. Toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven until browned and tender, 35-40 minutes, flipping once halfway through.Carefully remove from oven.While potato wedges roast, continue recipe. -
2 Make Sauce and Form Logs
In a mixing bowl, combine dressing and relish. Set aside.
Halve and peel shallot. Cut halves into 1/4" dice or coarsely chop.In another mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground beef, shallots, garlic salt, steak seasoning, mustard (to taste), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Form beef mixture into 4 equally-sized logs, about 5" in length. -
3 Prepare the Puff Pastry
Remove puff pastry from refrigerator. Remove any paper between puff pastry squares, if necessary. If paper is sticking, place puff pastry in freezer until firm, 5 minutes.
Evenly top one side of each pastry square with sesame seeds, pressing gently to adhere. -
4 Assemble the Rolls
Flip puff pastry. Evenly top with cheese and beef log, placing in center. Fold puff pastry in half over filling and gently press edges with a fork to seal. It's OK if beef log sticks out of ends.

5 Bake Rolls and Finish Dish
Place rolls on second prepared baking sheet.
Bake in hot oven until beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-20 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, serving sauce on the side for dipping rolls and/or potato wedges. Bon appétit!
