  1. 1

    Prepare Ingredients and Make Sauce

Remove stem, seeds, and ribs, and cut bell pepper into 1/4" slices.

Trim and thinly slice green onions.

    Mince garlic.

In a mixing bowl, combine ponzu, sweet and sour sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Turkey

Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.

Add turkey and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 6-8 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the Vegetables and Sauce

Add bell peppers to hot pan and stir occasionally until tender, 4-6 minutes.

Add garlic, slaw mix, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Stir often until vegetables are softened, 2-3 minutes.

Add sauce and stir occasionally until heated through and slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

While turkey mixture cooks, continue recipe.

  4. 4

    Heat the Rice

Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Remove rice from packaging. Place rice in a microwave-safe bowl and season with 1/2 tsp. salt. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 3-4 minutes.

Carefully remove rice from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.

    Fluff rice with a fork.

  5. 5

    Finish the Dish

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping rice with turkey mixture and garnishing with green onions and wonton strips. Bon appétit!
