Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using diced chicken thighs, pat dry. Add chicken to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes. Don't worry about trimming. Excess fat will render while cooking and add flavor.

  • If using shrimp, pat dry. Add shrimp to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Spray both provided trays with cooking spray.

    Pat chicken dry.

    Evenly divide chicken, mixed peppers, garlic salt, and lemon n herb seasoning between both trays.

    Evenly top each tray with 1 tsp. olive oil, a pinch of pepper, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Stir to combine and spread into a single layer.

    Start Meal and Add Sauce

    Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

    Carefully remove trays from oven.

    Evenly divide corn, cream base, cream cheese, pesto, and pasta between both trays. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.

    Add a pinch of salt and pepper to each tray. Stir to combine and spread into a single layer. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Finish Meal and Toast Panko

    Bake both trays again uncovered in hot oven until pasta is heated through, 10-15 minutes.

    While meal bakes, combine panko and 1 tsp. olive oil on a microwave-safe plate. Spread into a single layer.

    Microwave uncovered until golden-brown and toasted, 1-2 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

    Carefully remove panko from microwave and stir in grated cheese.

    Carefully remove both trays from oven.

    To serve, top pasta with panko mixture. Bon appétit!
