1 Form the Patties
Form ground beef into 4 equally-sized patties, 5" across. Season both sides with garlic salt, steak seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

2 Cook the Patties
Summertime, and the grilling is easy! To grill this burger, heat grill to medium. Follow same instructions, grilling until browned and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.Add patties to hot, dry pan. Cook until slightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.Evenly top patties with cheese. Cover and cook until cheese is melted, 60-90 seconds.Remove from burner.While patties cook, continue recipe. -
3 Heat the Rolls
Heat rolls to your preference using a microwave or toaster.
Alternatively, place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add rolls to hot pan, cut-side down, and toast until lightly browned, 1-2 minutes.While rolls heat, continue recipe. -
4 Assemble Slaw, Make Sauce, and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and dressing. Set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine BBQ sauce, bacon, ketchup, 1/2 Tbsp. butter, and 2 tsp. water. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 45-60 seconds.Carefully remove from oven and stir to combine.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom roll with patty, sauce, then top roll.
