You Will Need

- Salt
- Pepper

- 2 Baking Sheets
- 1 Mixing Bowl
Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Bake the Fries
Cut potatoes into ¼" fries and pat dry.
Place fries on one prepared baking sheet. Toss with 2 Tbsp. olive oil and garlic salt.Spread into a single layer. Bake in hot oven, 20 minutes.While fries bake, continue recipe. -
2 Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
Place chicken on second prepared baking sheet. After 20 minutes, remove fries from oven. Carefully flip. Chicken will be hot! Use utensil.Place both baking sheets in hot oven. Bake fries until golden brown, 10-15 minutes.Bake chicken, 10 minutes. -
3 Add Sauce and Heat Buns
After 10 minutes, remove chicken from oven. Brush with half the bbq sauce (reserve remaining for sandwich) and top with cheese. Chicken will be hot!. Use a utensil.
Bake again until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 3-5 minutes.While chicken bakes, place buns directly on oven rack and toast until golden brown, 3-5 minutes.While meal bakes, continue recipe. -
4 Make the Slaw
In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, dressing, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.

5 Finish the Dish
Remove sheets from oven and toss fries with bbq seasoning (to taste).
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom buns with chicken, remaining bbq sauce, pickles, slaw, and top buns. Bon appétit!
