If using top round steak, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Start the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken breasts to hot pan and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Heat the Potatoes
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat. Add mashed potatoes and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir vigorously until combined and heated through, 2-3 minutes.
Remove from burner. Add sour cream and stir to combine. -
3 Finish the Chicken
Reduce heat on chicken pan to low. Add BBQ sauce and flip chicken until coated on both sides, 1-2 minutes.
Remove from burner. -
4 Crisp Bacon, Prepare Green Onions, and Finish Dish
Line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel. Place bacon on towel-lined plate and spread into an even layer.
Microwave until crispy, 30-60 seconds.While bacon crisps, trim and thinly slice green onions.Carefully remove bacon from microwave.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping potatoes with crispy bacon, cheese, and green onions. Garnish chicken with dressing and crispy onions. Bon appétit!
