If using ground beef, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

1 Start the Green Beans
Spray provided trays with cooking spray.
Trim green beans, if necessary. Place green beans in one provided tray. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer and cover with foil.Bake covered in hot oven until green beans are tender, 30-35 minutes.While green beans bake, continue recipe. -
2 Assemble the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, tomato sauce, and 2 Tbsp. water.
In another mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, panko, steak seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form meat mixture into 12 equally-sized meatballs.Place meatballs in second prepared tray and evenly top with BBQ sauce mixture. -
3 Bake Meatballs, Heat Mashed Potatoes, and Finish Meal
Bake meatballs uncovered in hot oven until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, place mashed potatoes, cream cheese, and a pinch of pepper in a microwave-safe bowl. Cream cheese will melt as mashed potatoes microwave. Vigorously stir to combine.Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Vigorously stir to combine.Carefully remove both trays from oven. Uncover green beans and drain any excess liquid. Tray will be hot! Use caution.Stir softened butter into green beans until melted and combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top mashed potatoes with meatballs. Bon appétit!
