  • 1 Microwave-Safe Bowl

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Bake the Meatloaves

    Turn oven on to 400 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Spray provided trays with cooking spray.

    In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground turkey, panko, ketchup, onion salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form turkey mixture into four equally-sized ovals.

    Place loaves in one provided tray. Top evenly with 1 tsp. olive oil.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

    While meatloaves bake, continue recipe.

    Bake the Mashed Potatoes

    In second provided tray, add mashed potatoes and cream cheese. Stir vigorously to combine.

    Bake in hot oven until potatoes are warmed through and cream cheese is soft, 10-12 minutes.

    Finish the Dish

    While meals bakes, place BBQ sauce in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a paper towel. Microwave covered until warm, 30-60 seconds.

    After 20-25 minutes, remove meatloaf tray from oven.

    After 10-12 minutes, remove mashed potatoes tray from oven. Stir in 1/4 tsp. salt. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    To serve, top meatloaf with BBQ sauce and crispy onions and mashed potatoes with sour cream and cheddar. Bon appétit!
