Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Roast the Fries
Cut potatoes into ¼" fries and pat dry.
Place fries on one prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.Spread into a single layer and roast in hot oven until lightly browned, 25-30 minutes, tossing fries halfway through.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
2 Make the Burgers
Form ground beef into four equally-sized patties, about 5" in diameter. Season both sides with a pinch of pepper. Place patties on second prepared baking sheet.
Roast in hot oven until patties start to brown, 10-15 minutes.While patties roast, continue recipe. -
3 Make the Slaw and Aioli
Trim cucumber and half lengthwise. Cut each half into 2" long matchsticks and thinly slice.
In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, cucumber, and vinegar. Set aside.Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until browned, 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway through.Carefully remove browned butter from microwave and add mayonnaise and miso. Stir until combined and smooth. -
4 Add the BBQ Sauce
After 10-15 minutes, carefully remove patties from oven. Carefully drain excess grease from sheet.
Top each patty evenly with BBQ sauce (use less if spice-averse).Toast in hot oven until beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 10-15 minutes. -
5 Toast Buns and Finish Meal
Place buns, cut-side down, directly on oven rack.
Bake in hot oven until lightly browned, 3-5 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with patty, slaw, aioli, and top bun. Bon appétit!
