Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground turkey, cook until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes per side.

1 Cook the Potatoes
Line a plate with a paper towel.
Quarter potatoes.Place potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until tender, 6-8 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add potatoes, garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until golden-brown, 8-10 minutes.Stir in butter until combined, 30-60 seconds.Remove from burner. Transfer potatoes to towel-lined plate. Wipe pan clean and reserve.While potatoes cook, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Core tomato and cut into 1/2" rounds.
In a mixing bowl, combine panko and 1 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.After 1 minute, add ground beef, piri piri seasoning (use less if spice-averse), chile and cumin rub, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Stir until thoroughly combined. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the piri piri seasoning.Form meat mixture into four equally-sized patties, 5" across. -
3 Cook the Patties
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add patties to hot, dry pan. Cook until slightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.Remove from burner. -
4 Toast Rolls and Finish Dish
Return pan used to cook potatoes to medium heat.
Add rolls, cut-sides down, to hot, dry pan. Toast until slightly browned, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. Transfer rolls to another plate.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom roll with tzatziki, patty, tomatoes, spring mix, then top roll. Garnish potatoes with cheese. Bon appétit!
