You Will Need

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cooking Spray
  • 2 Baking Sheets
  • 2 Mixing Bowls

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil. 

  • If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

  • If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. 

  • Add protein to meal as desired.

    Start the Pizzas

    Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheets.

    Bake in hot oven until slightly browned, 3-4 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    While flatbreads bake, continue recipe.

    Prepare Ingredients and Marinate Tomatoes

    Core tomatoes and cut into 1/2" dice.

    Tear spinach leaves.

    Get the kids involved! With supervision, have them help tear the spinach.

    In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, pesto, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.

    Kids want to help? With supervision, have them help marinate the tomatoes.

    Finish the Pizzas

    Carefully flip flatbreads. Flatbreads and sheets will be hot! Use caution.

    Evenly top flatbreads with marinara, mozzarella, then tomatoes.

    Bake again in hot oven until flatbreads are golden-brown and mozzarella has melted, 10-12 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    While pizzas bake, continue recipe.

    Make Dressing and Finish Dish

    In another mixing bowl, combine vinegar, honey, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pizza with spinach, dressing, and Parmesan. Bon appétit!
