If using antibiotic free chicken, follow same instructions.

1 Make the Broccoli Topping
Cut broccoli into 1/4" pieces.
Place broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl.Microwave uncovered until broccoli is tender, 2-4 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Add shredded cheese, softened cream cheese, half the minced garlic and parsley (reserve remaining for squash), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine and set aside. -
2 Start the Chicken
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add chicken to hot pan and cook until golden-brown on one side, 5-7 minutes.Chicken will finish cooking in a later step. -
3 Finish the Chicken
Flip chicken and evenly top with broccoli topping. Cover and cook until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes.
Remove from burner.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
4 Cook Squash and Finish Dish
Trim yellow squash ends, cut lengthwise, and cut into 1/2" half-moons.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add squash to hot pan and stir occasionally until slightly browned and tender, 5-7 minutes.Add remaining minced garlic and parsley, bacon, and garlic salt. Stir occasionally until garlic is fragrant and bacon crisps, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
