  1. 1

    Roast the Meatloaf

Don't have a loaf pan? Use a casserole dish instead.

In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup and brown sugar. Kids want to help? With supervision, have them help prepare the ketchup mixture.

In another mixing bowl, combine panko and 1/2 cup water. Let sit, 1 minute.

After 1 minute, add ground beef, garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Transfer meat mixture to prepared loaf pan and spread into an even layer.

Evenly top meatloaf with ketchup mixture.

Roast in hot oven until beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 45-50 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    While meatloaf roasts, continue recipe.

  2. 2

    Start the Potatoes

Cut potatoes into 1" dice. Peel, if desired.

Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet. Toss with 2 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Spread into a single layer. Have a little sous chef around? With supervision, have them help season the potatoes.

Roast in hot oven, 25 minutes.

    While potatoes roast, continue recipe.

  3. 3

    Add the Green Beans

    Trim green beans, if necessary.

After 25 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven and push potatoes to 2/3 of sheet. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.

Place green beans on now-empty side of sheet. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic pepper, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Spread into a single layer on their side. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.

  4. 4

    Roast the Vegetables

Roast again in hot oven until vegetables are tender and slightly browned, 15-20 minutes.

Carefully remove from oven. Stir 3/4 the buttermilk-dill seasoning (reserve remaining for crema) into potatoes until combined. Stir softened butter into green beans until melted and combined. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.

    While vegetables roast, continue recipe.

  5. 5

    Make Crema and Finish Dish

In another mixing bowl, combine sour cream and remaining buttermilk-dill seasoning. Kids want to help? With supervision, have them help prepare the crema.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping potatoes with crema. Slice meatloaf, if desired. Bon appétit!
