Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

1 Cook the Turkey
Place a large pot over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add ground turkey to hot pot. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes. Transfer turkey to a plate. Keep pot over medium heat; no need to wipe clean.While turkey cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Coarsely crush peanuts.
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands.Remove stem, seeds, and ribs, and cut bell pepper into 1/2" dice.Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate. -
3 Start the Noodle Bowl
Add 2 tsp. olive oil, carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 cup water to hot pot. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, cover and stir occasionally until vegetables are tender, 6-8 minutes. -
4 Add Noodles and Sauce and Finish Dish
Add ground turkey, white portions of green onions, noodles, Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (to taste), 1/4 cup water, soy sauce, teriyaki glaze, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt to hot pot. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning.
Stir occasionally until combined and sauce and noodles are heated through, 3-5 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping noodle bowl with green portions of green onions and peanuts. Bon appétit!
