Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground beef, add meatballs to hot pan and cook until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 10-12 minutes.

If using ground turkey, add meatballs to hot pan and cook until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 11-13 minutes.

1 Form the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground pork, seasoned salt, half the sour cream (reserve remaining for potatoes), and panko. Form mixture into 16 equally-sized meatballs.

2 Cook the Meatballs
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add meatballs to hot pan, cover, and stir occasionally until meatballs are browned and reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 8-10 minutes.
Add Buffalo sauce (to taste) and creme fraiche and stir until melted and meatballs are coated.Remove from burner.While meatballs cook, continue recipe. -
3 Make the Mashed Potatoes
Place another medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add mashed potatoes, 1/4 tsp. salt, ranch seasoning, and remaining sour cream to hot pan. Stir vigorously until combined and heated through, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner. -
4 Heat Corn and Finish Dish
Place corn, butter, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 1-2 minutes.
Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatballs with sauce (to taste) from pan. Bon appétit!
