Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using ground beef, add to a medium non-stick pan over medium heat. Break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using ground turkey, add to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

1 Start the Peppers
Evenly divide peppers (if you receive a whole bell pepper, cut into 1/2" dice) and 2 tsp. olive oil between both provided trays.
Bake uncovered in hot oven until peppers are tender, 10-12 minutes.Carefully remove trays from oven.Alternatively, reserve half the raw bell peppers for snacking/serving on the side. -
2 Add the Pasta and Sauce
Evenly divide pasta, cream base, onion salt, Bolognese sauce, Cajun seasoning (to taste), 1/4 tsp. salt, and cheese between both trays. Stir to combine. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.
Cover trays with foil.Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the Cajun seasoning. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake both trays covered in hot oven until cheese is melted and pasta is heated through, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Uncover trays and stir to combine.To serve, garnish pasta with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
