To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, follow same instructions.

1 Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with half the garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add chicken to hot pan and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side. -
2 Top the Chicken
In pan, carefully top chicken evenly with pesto, then mozzarella.
Add 1 Tbsp. water to edge of pan. Cover and cook until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner.While topping melts, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Zucchini
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add 2 tsp. olive oil, zucchini, garlic pepper, and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until lightly browned and tender, 6-8 minutes.Remove from burner. Transfer zucchini to a plate and tent with foil. Wipe pan clean and reserve. -
4 Heat Orzo and Finish Dish
Return pan used to cook zucchini to medium-high heat.
Add tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, remaining garlic salt, butter, and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir to combine.Add orzo and stir often until warmed through, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping orzo with chicken and garnishing meal with Parmesan.
