Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using ground beef, cook in a medium non-stick pan until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Start the Fries
Cut potatoes into 1/4" fries and pat dry.
Evenly divide fries between both prepared baking sheets. Toss each sheet with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer.Roast both sheets in hot oven, 30 minutes.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
2 Form the Patties
Form ground pork into four equally-sized patties, 5" across. Season both sides with savory seasoning.

3 Assemble Slaw and Make Sauce Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, dressing, and mayonnaise. Set aside.
In another mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce and ketchup. Set aside. -
4 Finish the Fries and Patties
Summertime, and the grilling is easy! To grill this burger, heat grill to medium. Follow same instructions, grilling until browned and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.
After 30 minutes, carefully remove sheets from oven. Flip fries and push to one side of sheet. Place two patties on empty side of each sheet. Sheets will be hot! Use a utensil/caution.Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Flip patties and evenly top with cheese.Roast again in hot oven until patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-10 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While fries and patties roast, continue recipe. -
5 Heat Buns and Finish Dish
Heat buns to your preference using a toaster or microwave.
Alternatively, place buns directly on rack in hot oven, cut-side up. Toast until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with patty, sauce mixture, slaw, then top bun. Bon appétit!
