Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using ground turkey, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 2 tsp. olive oil. Break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

    Start the Beef and Carrots

    Evenly divide ground beef, carrots, minced garlic and chili pepper (use less if spice-averse), and 2 tsp. olive oil between both provided trays.

    Break up meat into bite-sized pieces and stir to combine. Spread into a single layer.

    Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.

    Carefully remove trays from oven. Drain any excess liquid and break up meat into smaller bite-sized pieces. Trays will be hot! Use caution. Beef will finish cooking in a later step.

    Add Edamame and Sauce and Bake Meal

    Evenly divide ramen base, teriyaki glaze, cornstarch, edamame, and sesame oil between both trays.

    Add 1/4 cup water and a pinch of salt and pepper to each tray. Stir both trays until combined. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Bake both trays again uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and ground beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 10-15 minutes.

    While ground beef mixture bakes, continue recipe.

    Heat Noodles and Finish Meal

    In a microwave-safe bowl, combine noodles, 1 Tbsp. water, and 1 tsp. olive oil. Cover with a damp paper towel.

    Microwave covered until heated through, 1-2 minutes.

    Carefully remove from microwave.

    Carefully remove trays from oven. Evenly divide noodles between both trays and stir until combined. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.

    To serve, top noodle mixture with dressing. Bon appétit!
