To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using ground turkey, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 2 tsp. olive oil. Break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

1 Start the Beef and Carrots
Evenly divide ground beef, carrots, minced garlic and chili pepper (use less if spice-averse), and 2 tsp. olive oil between both provided trays.
Break up meat into bite-sized pieces and stir to combine. Spread into a single layer.Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.Carefully remove trays from oven. Drain any excess liquid and break up meat into smaller bite-sized pieces. Trays will be hot! Use caution. Beef will finish cooking in a later step. -
2 Add Edamame and Sauce and Bake Meal
Evenly divide ramen base, teriyaki glaze, cornstarch, edamame, and sesame oil between both trays.
Add 1/4 cup water and a pinch of salt and pepper to each tray. Stir both trays until combined. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.Bake both trays again uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and ground beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 10-15 minutes.While ground beef mixture bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Noodles and Finish Meal
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine noodles, 1 Tbsp. water, and 1 tsp. olive oil. Cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until heated through, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.Carefully remove trays from oven. Evenly divide noodles between both trays and stir until combined. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top noodle mixture with dressing. Bon appétit!
