Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Prepare the Potatoes
Peel and cut potatoes into large evenly-sized chunks.

2 Cook and Mash the Vegetables
In a large pot, bring cauliflower and potatoes covered by water to a boil.
Once boiling, cover and cook until vegetables are fork-tender, 12-15 minutes.Remove from burner. Drain in a colander and return to pot. Mash until smooth and combined. -
3 Finish the Dish
Add butter, sour cream, cheese, and potato seasoning.
Continue to mash until thoroughly combined and cheese is melted. Season with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
