If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Add chicken to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Mashed Potatoes
Tear spinach leaves.
Place mashed potatoes, spinach, a pinch of pepper, and buttermilk-dill seasoning in one provided tray. Vigorously stir to combine. Spread into an even layer.Cover tray with foil. -
2 Prepare the Chicken
Finely crush pretzels.
Combine pretzels and panko on a plate. Spread into an even layer.Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with garlic salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Evenly spread mayonnaise on one side of chicken.Transfer chicken, mayonnaise-side down, onto plate with pretzel mixture, pressing gently to adhere to one side.Place chicken, pretzel mixture-side up, in second provided tray. Spray with cooking spray. -
3 Heat Sauce and Bake Meal
Bake both trays (mashed potatoes covered, chicken uncovered) in hot oven until mashed potatoes are heated through and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.While meal bakes, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream base and shredded cheese. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 45-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine. Set aside.Carefully remove trays from oven. Uncover mashed potatoes and vigorously stir in softened cream cheese until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top chicken with sauce. Slice chicken, if desired. Bon appétit!
