Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

If using antibiotic free chicken, follow same instructions.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Start the Potatoes
Slice potatoes into thin rounds.
Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, potato spice seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven, 15 minutes.While potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare Ingredients and Make Bacon Aioli
Trim green beans.
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and bacon. Set aside.Pat chicken dry and season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning. -
3 Add the Chicken and Toppings
After 15 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven. Push potatoes to one side of sheet and evenly top with white portions of green onions and half the cheese (reserve remaining for chicken).
Place chicken on empty side of sheet and evenly top with bacon aioli, then remaining cheese.Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil/caution. -
4 Finish the Potatoes and Chicken
Roast in hot oven until potatoes are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
After 15-20 minutes, carefully remove from oven.While potatoes and chicken roast, continue recipe. -
5 Steam Green Beans and Finish Dish
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine green beans and 2 Tbsp. water. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until green beans are tender, 8-10 minutes.
Carefully remove from microwave and drain any excess liquid. Stir in 1 Tbsp. softened butter, garlic pepper, and 1/4 tsp. salt until combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping potatoes with sour cream and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
