Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare ingredients
Peel and cut potatoes into 1" pieces.

2 cook potaotes
Peel and cut potatoes into large evenly-sized chunks. Bring a medium pot with potato chunks covered by water to a boil. Cook until fork-tender, 14-18 minutes. Reserve 1/4 cup of cooking water. Drain potatoes in a colander and return to pot.

3 Make Mash
Combine potatoes with 2 Tbsp of potato cooking water and cream cheese. Mix well until potatoes begin to mash and mixture is becoming creamy. Add butter, Garlic salt and remaining pasta water if needed. Add spinach and parmesan. mix until cheese is melted and spinach is wilted, 1-2 minutes. Bon Appetite!
