To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Hold romaine heart at root end and chop coarsely.
Halve tomatoes. If you receive one whole tomato instead, not to worry; simply core tomato, cut into 1/2" dice, and proceed with recipe instructions.Pat chicken dry. Season all over with rotisserie chicken seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. -
2 Cook the Chicken
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add chicken to hot pan. Stir occasionally until golden-brown and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 8-10 minutes.Remove from burner.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Assemble the Salad
Line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel. Place bacon on towel-lined plate and spread into a single layer.
Microwave until crisp, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.In a mixing bowl, combine romaine, dressing, tomatoes, cheese, bacon, and a pinch of salt. Set aside. -
4 Assemble Wraps and Finish Dish
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel. If tortillas come folded, keep folded.
Microwave until heated through, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and transfer tortillas to a clean, flat work surface.Evenly spread guacamole (to taste) in center of tortilla. Evenly top with salad and chicken. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the guacamole.Fold sides of tortilla toward center, then roll bottom edge towards the top, enclosing sides tightly.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, halving wrap, if desired.
