Caesar salad on a flatbread? We've done it before (multiple times) and we'll do it again. Just you try and stop us! What? You're not trying to stop us? You're putting it in your basket? Well… okay then. Tip: To remove the core of a tomato, carefully cut a shallow circle around the stem with a small knife, then remove circle.

Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Cook the Chicken
Pat diced chicken dry.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken to hot pan and stir occasionally until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes.Remove from burner. -
2 Par-Bake Flatbreads and Prepare Tomato
Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheet, flat side up.
Place baking sheet under hot broiler. Broil until beginning to brown around edges, 1-2 minutes.Don't text and broil! Keep an eye on flatbreads, as they may burn easily under broiler.Carefully remove baking sheet from broiler.Core tomato and cut into 1/4" slices. -
3 Assemble and Bake Flatbreads
Flip flatbreads and top evenly with tomato, chicken, and mozzarella.
Broil again until mozzarella is melted, 1-2 minutes. -
4 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping flatbreads with arugula and Parmesan, and drizzling with dressing. Bon appétit!
