- 1 Medium Non-Stick Pan
- 2 Baking Sheets

Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Par-Bake the Flatbreads
Place flatbreads on two prepared baking sheets, flat side up.
Bake in hot oven until beginning to brown around edges, 6-10 minutes.While flatbreads par-bake, continue recipe. -
2 Cook Chicken and Prepare Tomato
Pat diced chicken dry and season with a pinch of salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken to hot pan and stir occasionally until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes.While chicken cooks, core tomatoes and cut into 1/4" slices.Remove from burner. -
3 Assemble and Bake the Flatbreads
Carefully remove from oven. Flip flatbreads and top evenly with tomatoes, chicken, and mozzarella. Baking sheets and flatbreads will be hot! Use caution.
Bake again in hot oven until mozzarella is melted, 5-7 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. -
4 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping flatbreads with arugula, Parmesan, and dressing. Bon appétit!
