If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.
-
1 Prepare the Chicken
Turn oven on to 400 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry. Prepare both provided trays with cooking spray.
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with garlic salt and a pinch of pepper. In one provided tray, add half the marinara (reserve remaining for pasta). Add chicken in an even layer and top with 1 tsp. olive oil. Cover tray with foil. -
2 Prepare the Pasta
In second provided tray, combine remaining marinara, pasta, cream cheese, 3/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.
Cover tray with foil. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake both trays covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, carefully remove trays from oven. Uncover pasta tray and add peas, Italian cheese blend, and pesto. Stir until combined.Uncover chicken and top with an even layer of Parmesan and crispy onions.Bake both trays again uncovered in hot oven until pasta is heated through, cheese is melted, and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 8-10 minutes.Carefully remove trays from oven. Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner. To serve, top pasta with chicken and garnish with remaining sauce from tray. Bon appétit!
