Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

1 Cook the Broccoli
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add broccoli and 1/3 cup water to hot pan. Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 4-6 minutes.
Uncover and stir in 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper until broccoli is tender, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner.While broccoli cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken dry. Season all over with rotisserie chicken seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add chicken and onions to hot pan. Stir occasionally until onions are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes. -
3 Add Sauce, Potatoes, and Broccoli
Drain potatoes in a colander/strainer.
Add flour to hot pan and stir often until no dry flour remains.Add 1 cup water, cream base, and chicken base. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.Once simmering, stir in potatoes and broccoli until coated, 2-4 minutes. -
4 Add Cheese and Finish Dish
Evenly top hot pan with cheese. Cover until melted, 2-3 minutes.
Remove from burner.Coarsely crush crackers.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken mixture with crackers. Bon appétit!
